Chris Myers

Chris Myers, born and raised in Miami, FL, had a standout High School football career, which led him to continue playing at The University of Miami. He was a three year starter and captain, winning the National Championship in 2001.

He was drafted in 2005 by the Denver Broncos, where he played for three seasons before being traded to the Houston Texans. He played seven seasons for the Texans, where he was selected to the Pro Bowl twice (2011,2012), and captained the team for four seasons. Chris retired in 2015 and ended his career with 153 consecutive games played, including 132 consecutive starts.

Chris and his family moved to Blue Bell, PA where he followed his passion for coaching at La Salle College High School from 2018-2022. Chris continues to mentor student athletes in the Philadelphia area.

Colleen Magarity

Colleen Magarity's lacrosse journey began with standout performances at Germantown Academy, earning High School All-American honors twice and a place in the Hall of Fame. She continued her legacy at Northwestern, captaining the team to three national championships and earning All-American and NCAA All-Tournament honors.

Beyond playing, Colleen transitioned to coaching at Colorado University, showcasing her expertise in recruiting and program management. In the professional league, she made a significant impact with the Boston Storm and Philadelphia Fire for four years.

Simultaneously, Colleen led Penn Charter's lacrosse program and held pivotal roles as Associate Athletic Director and director of the Big 4 HHH Girls Lacrosse program. Her multifaceted career, coupled with a strong academic record and playing experience against top D1 coaches, cements Colleen's place in lacrosse history.

Charlie Leonard

Charlie Leonard, a standout lacrosse player, showcased his prowess as a face-off specialist for Notre Dame, earning his master’s from Mendoza College of Business. In 2021, as a graduate student, he set a record with a 63.4% face-off win percentage. He earned accolades as a US Lacrosse All-American in 2016 during his high school days at Arapahoe High School. Following Notre Dame, he continued his lacrosse career in the PLL for the Redwoods LC. Transitioning to coaching, Charlie moved to Northwestern University where he is currently an assistant coach for the women’s team and coached them during their 2023 Championship Season.

Riley White

Riley’s journey in lacrosse began at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School in Plymouth Meeting, PA, where he graduated and laid the foundation for a remarkable collegiate career. He earned his B.S. in Education from Cabrini University in 2019 and competed for the Cavaliers Men’s Lacrosse team from 2016-2019 as a goalie. Earning All-CSAC 2nd Team honors, a pivotal moment with six saves in a CSAC Championship win in 2017. In 2019, Riley reached new heights, earning recognition on various All-America teams and ranking fourth in the NCAA with a 6.88 goals against average. Concluding a stellar career, Riley secured the eighth spot on the program’s career list with 208 saves and ranked sixth all-time with 6.99 goals against average.

Riley has a mission to help athletes get stronger, faster and better. Riley is a NSCA Certified strength and conditioning specialist and also has a certificate in Applied Function Science. Building his foundation, he completed the William Penn Charter Strength and Conditioning Internship. Riley has four years of sports performance coaching experience, providing private and team sport specific performance training for athletes of all ages.

Macaul Mellor

Macaul Mellor’s lacrosse tenure stems from Penn Charter. While there she was coached by Colleen Magarity and excelled in the classroom and on the field. She made a significant impact during her tenure at the University of Colorado where she earned her B.A. in Psychology & Art Practices and minored in Business and Education. As a four-year starter for the Buffaloes, she contributed to 33 victories, two PAC-12 Championship appearances, and a journey to the NCAA Tournament's second round. Beyond her playing career, Macaul ventured into coaching, showcasing her commitment to the sport. In August 2022, she embarked on a new chapter, joining Cabrini University as an Assistant Coach for the Cavaliers.

Kate Kushner

Kate’s soccer journey began at Central Bucks High School West where she was 4 year varsity player, winning a state championship freshman year and later becoming inducted into the Hall of Fame. She continued her soccer career at The University of Pittsburgh, graduating with a degree is Exercise Science. Her love for strength and conditioning landed her a job as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, she was responsible for overseeing the programs of men’s and women’s soccer, field hockey and women’s basketball. She also received a Masters of Science in Physical Education from Hofstra and is currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher for Upper Merion Area School District. Kate has coached various youth teams in her career and is passionate about helping athletes reach their fullest potential.

Cara Herzog

More about Cara +

Cara Herzog began her lacrosse career at Villa Joseph Marie High School in Bucks County, where she also played soccer and basketball. During her time at Villa she was captain her senior year and led her lacrosse team in goals and set a school record for assists in a game. She was the third leading scorer in PA and NJ and named Player of the Year her senior year in 1996.

Cara went on to play at Saint Joseph’s University for four years where she was looked upon to lead the offense. She capped off her career by being top five in scoring. She majored in Elementary Education.

After college, Cara taught at St. Andrew’s in Newtown, PA, and continued her love for the game by coaching at the high school level. Her experience includes Villa Joseph Marie 2001-2002, Archbishop Wood 2003-2004, and Council Rock South 2005-2015. During her coaching career she mentored many players to continue playing at the Division I and Division III levels. Cara has multiple years of experience in instructing group fitness classes. She now resides in Oreland with her family where she is back coaching at the youth level.

Joe Leitner

Joe Leitner began his athletic career at Springfield Township High School where he was a multiple sport athlete. As a Linebacker for the Spartans football team and Catcher for the baseball team, he contributed to multiple district and state playoff appearances. Upon graduation, he took his talents to Duquesne University where he majored in History and Secondary Education. Upon the conclusion of his playing career, Joe quickly shifted into the coaching world. Applying his learned knowledge, skills, and experience, he first coach Linebackers and Strength at revered western Pennsylvania power-house Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Following a return to Eastern PA, Joe began coaching football at La Salle College High School in 2011. Since this time he has been the team’s Linebackers Coach, Strength Coach, and from 2020-2023, the Assistant Head Coach. During that time, La Salle won four PCL and 3 District XII championships, and appeared in two State Semi-Finals. Joe has contributed to coaching hundreds of players on their road to collegiate athletic careers, dozens of All-Catholic selections, and four players to current careers in the NFL. Joe is a career educator, with more than a decade of teaching experience in the city of Philadelphia. He now resides in Conshohocken and is a faculty member at La Salle College High School where he continues coaching and serves as Assistant Athletic Director. Joe is excited to bring his passion and excitement for coaching to the Limitless team and to continue to help others grow and achieve.
