1:1 Private Training
If your athlete is looking to reach specific short or long term goals with their athletic performance, private training is the way to go. Our private training is a fully customized, athlete-centered experience; designed to target your specific performance goals. Whether you need your athlete to be faster, stronger, more agile, more aggressive, or more in shape, we can cover all the bases. Each Limitless Philly trainer brings a specific type of training to the table. Learn more about our trainers and their approaches (and sports) on our team page. There you can book a discovery call with a trainer of your choosing to get started.
Not sure who to train with? No problem. Fill out an interest form to be matched with a trainer and set up your $5 assessment.
Adult private training is also available.
1:2 private Training
Athletes with siblings or teammates looking to train privately with a trainer together will have discounted rates. Please make sure to set up the private training assessment with all members of your small training group.

Take your team to the next level with Limitless Team Training programs. For any sports team competing in youth or even college athletics. Our programs will be catered to your sports specific season goals for your team. Train in the facility or at your own location with our certified trainers. Team training can include turf rental or just performance training. Team training slots fill up fast. Suggested inquiry at least 6 months in advance.
