Brendan grew up in the Philadelphia area and earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University, where he also competed in powerlifting at the national level. He holds an MBA from Villanova University, where he currently serves as a Sports Performance Coach for Football, Baseball, and Swim & Dive.
Before joining Villanova, Brendan served as the Director of Strength & Conditioning at West Virginia State University, overseeing training for eight varsity teams and leading return-to-play initiatives alongside the athletic training staff. He also gained valuable experience under Master Strength Coach Dwight Galt III at Penn State, working with both collegiate and NFL athletes while utilizing Catapult and force plates for performance monitoring.
Outside of coaching, Brendan is an active triathlete and is passionate about helping athletes build strength, resilience, and long-term performance.
