Riley’s journey in lacrosse began at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School in Plymouth Meeting, PA, where he graduated and laid the foundation for a remarkable collegiate career. He earned his B.S. in Education from Cabrini University in 2019 and competed for the Cavaliers Men’s Lacrosse team from 2016-2019 as a goalie. Earning All-CSAC 2nd Team honors, a pivotal moment with six saves in a CSAC Championship win in 2017. In 2019, Riley reached new heights, earning recognition on various All-America teams and ranking fourth in the NCAA with a 6.88 goals against average. Concluding a stellar career, Riley secured the eighth spot on the program’s career list with 208 saves and ranked sixth all-time with 6.99 goals against average. Riley has a mission to help athletes get stronger, faster and better. Riley is a NSCA Certified strength and conditioning specialist and also has a certificate in Applied Function Science. Building his foundation, he completed the William Penn Charter Strength and Conditioning Internship. Riley has four years of sports performance coaching experience, providing private and team sport specific performance training for athletes of all ages.
