How do you know if you’re really improving???

Using force plates and scientifically-proven readiness insights, we meticulously track your movement patterns and performance metrics from one session to the next. This provides you with objective measures through the SpeedTown Readi2Train App, to quantify training progress and fatigue level. We recommend that every KSP athlete opt for our Unlimited Monitoring package (choose below), which allows you to use the force plates every single session you are in the facility; off-season or in-season to track fatigue!
No injury can be prevented, but we can minimize the risk by addressing specific weaknesses. We utilize force plates to pinpoint limitations in movement and the ability to generate force between limbs. We also compare your performance to athletes of similar age, gender, and sport type to identify areas that may need improvement. We do this through a series of bilateral jumps, single leg jumps, and isometrics to highlight your risk. Choose a package below.
